Trudi Wangsgard
Trudi, an immigrant from Austria, came to Ogden, Utah, where she fell in love with the area and its people. She is especially grateful for the freedom this country affords her. After graduating from Ogden High School, she worked for a finance company, engineers, and a real estate firm. Trudi decided real estate would be a perfect fit. She has been helping people with their residential, commercial, and new construction needs for over 30 years. Her accomplishments include: Member of the Year for the local and state Women’s Council of Realtors, Realtor of the Year, President’s Award, and she is a lifetime member of the Sales Master Club. Her designations include GRI and CRS. Helping her clients have a smooth and hassle-free experience is Trudi’s professional goal. Spending time with her family is the highlight of her life.

I have been involved this past 8 Months on a home construction project with my realtor who has spent many, many hours guiding me through selections, decisions on colors, light fixtures, appliances, flooring,carpets,counters& cabinets, and everything else needed to complete a home.It's doubtful that I could have completed this without her. You won't find any other realtor who is willing to dedicate so much time and effort to her clients. Thats why I wanted to take this opportunity to thank Trudi Wangsgard for leading me through this endeavor!

My wife and I are first time buyers and when deciding who to select as our agent we asked around. I've looked for houses before and will admit to being a bit indecisive. In my past I've found other agents to be inexperienced, unavailable to answer important questions when I really needed them to, and quick to pressure what I thought would've been a bad decision. My family recommended Trudi, because that who they all used and I've gotta say, she comes highly recommended.
Trudi was a fantastic agent for us. She was patient and understanding as we filtered through several houses, she was always available to answer questions and you could tell she loved helping us out. Trudi has been doing this for many years and has a lot of thorough and helpful knowledge and awesome connections that gave us an advantage when looking and deciding to buy a house without any pressure to make a quick decision. When we did decide to move on a house, the paperwork was easy and the advice she gave was really the best we could've received. There were bits of advice we didn't take and regretted not doing so, because it did cause us problems in the process later on. But regardless, she was with us the entire process and continues to check up on how we're doing. Trudi was more than an agent, she was and continues to be a great friend and is honestly the best agent out there!
I join in many others, in highly recommending her as a REAL estate agent.
